Rollo Homes, Inc. was formed by Randy Rollo in January of 1997 after a long career in the home-building industry. Right after college Randy ran his own construction company in Houston, Texas. In 1981 Randy joined Gemcraft Homes as a homebuilding superintendent and was soon promoted to Project Manager, Division President, and then Vice President of Homebuilding Operations. In 1988 Randy joined David Weekly Homes as Division President, then in 1990 joined Scott Felder Homes as Vice President. After helping grow Scott Felder Homes and then assisting in it's acquisition by Ryland Homes, Randy was appointed Southwest Region President of Ryland Homes where he was responsible for Ryland and Scott Felder Homes in Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. In 1997 Randy followed his dream to build quality custom homes. Almost a decade later Rollo Homes has built over 100 custom homes ranging from a few hundred thousand to over $2,500,000.
